Frank McKenna “I attach a special significance to being appointed as Patron of the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation,” says Frank McKenna. “It is a particular point of pride for me that we were able to build this ultra-modern health facility on the Miramichi even during a time of limited resources. It will serve three main purposes in the years to come. Firstly, it will provide high quality health care for Miramichi citizens. Secondly, it will help to unify the community.
